Join Bupa for a live Q&A with Mental Health Advocate, Osher Gunsberg. You may recognise Osher as host of TV shows including The Bachelor, The Masked Singer and Australian Idol. You might also recognise his voice from Bondi Rescue.
He has long advocated for mental health on his podcast, Better Than Yesterday and highlights just how much work there is to do in Australian suicide prevention in SBS documentary, Osher Gunsberg: A Matter Of Life And Death, which also aims to give hope to those struggling.
Osher joins us to share his personal journey of lifelong struggles with his own mental health and breaking the stigma of the silent illness.
During this session he will shed light on his own experience with the hope it will encourage conversations between friends, family, and colleagues. But more importantly, to seek help when you're struggling with mental health issues.
